At City Hall of Tsukuba , you can consult in 13 languages (English, Chinese, Korean, Thai, Portuguese, Spanish, Vietnamese, Russian, French, Tagalog, Indonesian, Hindu, and Nepali) about residence procedures, employment, medical care, welfare, childbirth, child care, children’s education, and daily life.

At the consultation center, you can consult about laws, working conditions, marriage, education and other daily life issues. Consultation is available in Japanese, English, Chinese, Portuguese, Thai, Tagalog, Spanish, Korean, Indonesian, Vietnamese and other languages (consultation languages differ for each day of the week). Also, for those who need legal advice, lawyer’s consultation meeting is held twice a month free of charge (reservations are required).
