On February 16th, 2021, Prof. ONO Masaki, director of the University of Tsukuba Almaty Office and who is also affiliated to the Center for Education of Global Communication (CEGLOC) of the University of Tsukuba, hosted the 4th Symposium on “Future-oriented Japanese Language Education” with the theme of flipped teaching, classroom activities, and teaching materials development, with presenters from Japan and overseas. Dr. NINOMIYA Takashi, Almaty Office coordinator, gave a presentation on the “Interim Report on the Project of Online Teaching Materials of Japanese for Tourism developed by Japanese Language Teachers of the Faculty of Oriental Studies, Kazakh National University.”
