このたび、第2回TUAN総会の特別企画イベントの一環として、卒業生によるキャリアトークイベント「TUAN Alumni Talk」を開催いたします。
本イベントでは、国際的に活躍する本学同窓生の武藤康平氏 (CEO, Double Feather Partners Inc.)・Neven Stubic氏 (Founder, KADRO)の2名の卒業生をお招きし、それぞれのキャリアの歩みや、グローバルな視点からの知見を共有いただきます。

オンライン・オンサイトどちらからでもご参加いただけます。

1. 武藤 康平 氏

講演タイトル:Bridging Africa and Japan: Innovation and Co-Creation in Action

Profile:
Kohei Muto leads Double Feather Partners (DFP), an Africa-focused venture capital and consulting firm investing in Africa’s future by supporting ventures that address socioeconomic challenges with scalable, sustainable solutions. DFP has invested in six African countries and advises governments, international organizations, and corporations on innovation strategies and projects.
Kohei began his career at Morgan Stanley and later joined an international organization and a private equity investment team in the Middle East, focusing on banking and clean-tech sectors. His education spans boarding school in Pennsylvania (USA), the University of Tsukuba (Japan), UCLA (USA), and Bucerius Law School (Germany).

Abstract:
Africa is experiencing rapid development, accompanied by dynamic transformations in its cities, environment, and societies. In this context, a growing number of innovative entrepreneurs are leveraging technology and creative solutions to unlock new opportunities and create lasting impact. Double Feather Partners has supported more than 130 startups through venture capital investment, acceleration programs, and our Open Innovation approach, partnering with international institutions, DFIs, global corporations, and foundations.
Drawing on firsthand experience across Africa, this keynote will share insights into how startups are shaping inclusive growth, scaling their businesses, and building solutions that address societal needs. It will also explore how both ecosystems can grow together as true partners through innovation and co-creation. Beyond strategies and investment approaches, the talk will emphasize the vision and purpose behind our work, showing how entrepreneurs can transform bold ideas into sustainable value for communities and stakeholders worldwide.


2. Neven Stubić氏

講演タイトル: From Imagining the Future to Now

Profile:
Neven Stubić is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with over 10 years of experience spanning Japan and Croatia. He has led recruitment in global corporations such as Coca-Cola HBC, Johnson & Johnson, and McCann Worldgroup. His expertise lies in full-cycle recruitment, direct sourcing, employer branding, and ATS implementation.

Earlier in his career, he built his foundations at the University of Tsukuba and HAYS Japan, combining strategic international program management with client-facing recruitment. Fluent in English, Croatian, and Japanese, with a Master’s degree in International Studies from the University of Tsukuba, Neven brings cultural agility and a consultative approach to every engagement.

Today, he applies this expertise as the founder of KADRO, a recruitment and HR consulting agency based in Zagreb, helping companies secure top talent while optimizing hiring processes.
