From February 6 to March 5, the Pre-Service Student Teacher Exchange in Southeast Asia(SEA-Teacher Project) was held at Senior High School at Sakado, University of Tsukuba, under the coordination of the Center for Research on International Cooperation in Educational Development (CRICED) of the University of Tsukuba. This is a teaching practice promoted by the University of Tsukuba in cooperation with the Southeast Asia Education Ministers Organization (SEAMEO). Six students from the partner schools in Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines came to Japan, and 6 students from the University of Tsukuba were sent to each partner school, 2 to each country.
School at Sakado. The University of Tsukuba dispatched two students each to the partner schools, for a total of six students.
