The Nippon Foundation Central Asia–Japan Human Resource Development Project (NipCA Project) at the University of Tsukuba is hosting an online screening of Russian and Central Asian films to promote understanding of Central Asian culture and SDGs. This time’s screening is, a musical film titled “Maftuningman(Delighted by You)” set in Uzbekistan in the 1950s.

On February 27, the Bureau of Human Empowerment of the University of Tsukuba conducted Special Company Visit for PhD students.
They visited Kao Corporation to meet with corporate researchers and raise resolutions about their work, and to expand researchers network.

On February 28, University of Tsukuba Students held a meeting to express their appreciation to teachers who are standing by (or are trying to stand by) LGBTQ+. This project was realized through T-ACT Action, which supports activities planned by students.
