ABOUT
The Bochum Office was established in November 2023 on the campus of Ruhr University Bochum in Germany, a Campus-in-Campus partner university. Succeeding the former Bonn Office, the Bochum Office carries out a wide range of activities to promote academic exchange between the University of Tsukuba and universities and research institutes in Germany and across Europe.
MISSION
The mission of the Bochum Office is to advance academic and student exchange with Germany and other European countries, while enhancing the visibility and reputation of the University of Tsukuba in Europe. To this end, the office engages in activities such as:

collecting and sharing information to foster academic exchange

supporting and organizing academic events

conducting promotional activities to attract outstanding international students

assisting international students who wish to study at the University of Tsukuba

supporting University of Tsukuba researchers and students during their stays in Europe
